Hello,
if you secure a C-318 repatriation visa for my ex-WNI wife, can you also secure a dependent kitas for myself as her foreign husband?
Thank you for your response.
Kind regards,
Robert
Dear..
Can you apply a work permit (imta) with a c318 kitas? Do they consider as foreigner to pay the usd 1200 for a year by the company?
Dear Mr. Hans,
Thank you for your comment.
No, its not possible to get work permit with C318 KITAS. You have to apply C312 with company sponsorship in order to get the work permit and also pay the worker levy of USD 1200 per year.

Halo,

My wife is seeking to repatriate to Indonesia – how can I contact you to begin the process?
Hello – for my son ex-WNI born in Canada in July 2005 wanting to get their Indonesian Citizenship back, what is the Visa/Kitas they need to apply for – E32C, or E31C ?
Mother is Canadian on Unlimited Kitap & Father is Indonesian Citizen born in Indonesia.
Thank you
Dear Ibu Penny,
Thank you for your comment.
If your son has proof of ex-Indonesian citizenship then he is eligible to obtain E32 visa. The visa can be valid for 1, 2, 5 and 10 years. For 5 and 10 years visa there are some investment commitments which needs to be fulfilled.
