In accordance with the Circular of Director General of Immigration No. MI-1370.GR 01.11 Year 2014 regarding Unlimited Validity of ITAP (Permanent Stay Permit) Extension and Adjustment in KITAS (Limited Stay Permit Card) and KITAP (Permanent Stay Permit Card), the extension to the ITAP (Izin Tinggal Tetap/Permanent Stay Permit) will be given for an unlimited period of time.
Important Notes:
- The ITAP holder who have extended the KITAP for an unlimited period is obliged to report to Immigration Office once in every five years.
- ITAP which has been extended prior to the enactment of this Circular will expire in accordance with the term mentioned in present KITAP. The next extension will follow the new regulation.
- The “Date of Expiry” term in KITAP will be changed to “Date of Report” at the time of extension.
